Henderson Park has appointed Christophe Kuhbier as its second managing director.
Kuhbier joined Nick Weber’s new business, launched in September 2016, from European investment and asset manager TwentyTwo Real Estate, where he was partner and investment director.
Before that, he was a principal at Perella Weinberg Partner’s real estate business, now Aermont Capital. He has also held positions at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
Nick Weber, founding partner of Henderson Park, said the appointment would support the company’s strategy of becoming a “key player in the European real estate landscape”.
He said: “Christophe’s hands-on track record in investment and asset management, coupled with his capital market expertise, will be invaluable in his new role as managing director at Henderson Park as we work our way through the exciting pipeline of opportunities actively under consideration.”
In December, the company appointed Michael Jenkinson and Adel Oucherif as principals.
