Laxfield Group has recruited Niall Brown as an associate director in its real estate lending team.
Brown joins from Lloyds Bank, where he was on the commercial real estate lending division’s institutional team.
The appointment follows Laxfield’s announcement of further capital allocation to its Laxfield national lending programme, which will expand the business’s remit to more large deals alongside its smaller-ticket lending.
Alexandra Lanni, head of transactions at Laxfield, said: “Adding more people with excellent underwriting skills, such as Niall, to the team is a vital part of our strategy.”
