Your body clock may only just be registering how it feels to work a normal week following the festive season, but it is time to kick-start your resolutions for a healthier and fitter year by getting involved in the UK’s second largest one-day triathlon event, the JLL Property Triathlon.
Now in its 11th year, the Property Triathlon has raised a total of more than £1.7m for charity, and this year it will be supporting JLL’s corporate charity, Crisis.
In the South, the event takes place at Dorney Lake in Eton, Berkshire – one of the venues for the 2012 Olympic Games – on 30 June. It comprises the sprint triathlon (750m swim, 21.2km cycle and 5km run), the relay triathlon (fancy dress optional), and the 2.25km Property Swim.
The JLL Property Triathlon North will be held at MediaCityUK in Salford on 28 July, with the 750m swim taking place at its world-class aquatics venue before an 18km bike ride and 5km run.
The events are open to anyone in, or connected to, the property industry, of all ages and abilities, from complete novices to seasoned triathletes.
The Property Tri’s growing popularity means places sell out quickly, so keep an eye on www.propertytriathlon.com to make sure you don’t miss out.
