Grosvenor Fund Management’s Jason Smith has joined family-owned property business GMS Estates as property director.
Smith was head of Grosvenor’s UK transactions for three years. Prior to that he was a partner at central London real estate consultancy Hall Kemp LLP.
He will be working alongside the senior management team on GMS’s forthcoming development programme, which includes works on Queensway and Kingsway House on High Holborn, both of which are currently in planning. Smith will also be working on further central London acquisitions for the group.
Managing director Thomas Gibbon said: “I am delighted that Jason has agreed to join us. His expertise will help us to bring forward an exciting development pipeline.”
GMS is a privately owned property company established in 1925 and targets multi-tenanted properties in central London.
