Harman Healy’s 30 January sale features two houses in south-east London with a guide price of £680,000-plus: a semi-detached house in Sydenham, SE26, with three flats, and an end-of-terrace house in Peckham, SE15, with two unmodernised flats.

Log cabin to grace APA sale

A log cabin with two bedrooms, “Luke’s Lodge” in Hexham, Northumberland, guided at £44,950-plus, will be offered at Agents Property Auction 117-lot sale on 30 January at the Marriott Hotel in Newcastle.

Wallace Jones sells in Notts

Two terraced houses in Beeston, Nottingham, sold for £100,000 and £104,000 at Wallace Jones’s sale on 17 January at the Holiday Inn, Sandiacre, Derbyshire. The sale raised £258,000 from four lots, with one unsold.

Former school on offer

A former school guided at £200,000, and a vacant vicarage with a guide of £150,000-£175,000, both in Rotherham, North Yorkshire, are included in Mark Jenkinson & Son’s 28-lot auction to be held at Sheffield United FC on 31 January.

Kensington house for sale

A property in Kensington, W8, guided at £3.5m to £3.7m, is being offered at Barnard Marcus’ auction on 6 February. The building has a shop on the ground floor and three flats above, and planning approval for another flat. The sale will take place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2.
