Karaoke bar chain Lucky Voice is looking to open a new location in East London or the City.
Company co-founders Baroness of Soho, Martha Lane Fox and Nick Thistleton are looking to capitalise on the growing demand from young professionals for venues offering entertainment, food and drink under one roof.
DeVono Cresa has been instructed to find a circa 5,000 sq ft space with A4 use and a late licence.
Lucky Voice opened its first bar in 52 Poland Street, Soho, W1, in 2005 and two further bars have since been opened in Islington and Brighton, East Sussex.
The third London venue forms part of a global expansion strategy, as the company gets set to launch its fifth franchise, with a venue in Dubai. The objective is that this will follow in the footsteps of the Novus Leisure partnership, now in its eighth year, with further sites to come in the Middle East in the coming years.
Nick Jones, head of B2B solutions at Lucky Voice, said: “We’re keen to hear from agents or business owners who know of any opportunities in the East London and City areas, with our goal being to launch in the second quarter of 2017.”
