Spaces Property Group is planning a 14-storey tower in Borough, SE1, which will provide 220 co-living residential units.
The proposals, designed by Make Architects, will provide communal kitchen/lounge and amenity space, as well as flexible office and co-working space to go along with the single-occupancy en-suite bedrooms.
Spaces said that “responding to the rising costs of the traditional rental market, co-living is growing in London and the world’s major cities, allowing young professionals to live in the heart of the cities they work and socialise in”.
Bifinger GVA is advising Spaces.
