The White Company is expanding to almost twice its size at Bluewater in Kent.
The luxury lifestyle brand will create a 5,881 sq ft statement store on Bluewater’s lower Guildhall to open in spring 2017.
Russell Loveland, portfolio director at Land Securities, co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “We have sustained demand from leading retailers to create statement stores at Bluewater that offer our guests the very best expression of their brand. The upsized flagship from the White Company is the latest example of this. The new store will embody everything the brand stands for and will be a significant addition to Bluewater’s own unique day-out experience.”
Land Securities has also announced that fashion retailer Missguided is making its first move outside London at Bluewater, with the launch of a 16,000 sq ft store on the lower Rose Gallery this spring.
CBRE and Time Retail Partners acted for Bluewater; Space RPC represented the White Company.
