Luxury leather goods brand Aspinal of London is to open its flagship store in the Crown Estate and Oxford Properties’ £400m St James’s Market redevelopment, SW1.
It will be the brand’s largest store to date.
Aspinal of London joins tenants including Jigsaw, Paul, Shark, ASSOS and Smeg.
St James’s Market also houses seven new restaurants including Aquavit, Ole and Steen’s Danish bakery, Salt Yard’s Veneta, Urban Tea Rooms and the Japanese Anzu, alongside 210,000 sq ft of office accommodation, within more than half an acre of renovated public spaces with a new public square.
St James’s Market has one retail unit still available.
Sarah Rotheram, chief executive of Aspinal of London, said: “The iconic architecture and back drop of Regent Street St James’s is in perfect synergy with Aspinal.”
