CBRE has promoted Jonathan Stoddart to head of London planning and Iain Jenkinson to head of national planning in a shake-up of its planning teams.
They will oversee the planned growth of the department – Stoddart from the firm’s West End office and Jenkinson from Manchester.

At the same time, CBRE has also hired Will Lingard as a senior director in the London planning team from Turley. He will start in June and is the second senior hire in recent months, following the Lorraine Hughes’ appointment as senior director in November.
There are now seven senior directors in the planning team, together with executive director Emma Davies.
