Aqua Restaurant Group, which operates the Aqua Shard and Hutong restaurants in the Shard, could look to outside investment to fund expansion.
The Hong Kong-based group is thought to be reviewing its options.
The group’s value is put at more than £150m. It has 18 operations, in Beijing, Hong Kong and London.
