Rathbone Brothers has made a £10m provision after failing to sublet its former head office at 1 Curzon Street, the site of the former MI5 headquarters.
The vacated premises offer 44,000 sq ft of space, in what is being marketed as one of London’s best office addresses. Rathbone Brothers attributed the failure to let the space to post-Brexit vote uncertainty.
The company moved to Finsbury Circus earlier this month.
