Leasing and asset management platform VTS has appointed former CBRE associate directors James King and Luke Armstrong as directors of its European head office.
King and Armstrong will join the expanding team in London and work to grow VTS’s presence across Europe.
The duo joined CBRE as graduates in 2010 – Armstrong as a West End office specialist and King as an adviser to Central London landlords on leasing and development in the firm’s landed estates retail team.
They join a team headed by Charlie Wade, formerly of JLL, and Eoin Condren, formerly of WP Carey.
Wade, UK managing director of VTS, said: “The VTS office in London is going from strength to strength and we think that Luke and James are the ideal hires to help drive our expansion into the European market.”
