Camborne Land buys Brum PRS site

Housebuilding-THUMB.jpegCamborne Land Investments has bought a site in Birmingham’s Southside from Benacre Properties for a 500-flat, build-to-rent scheme.

The site, previously known as Kent Street Baths, will accommodate a scheme with a GDV of £85-£100m.

CLI, which aims to develop the site under its new Hygge brand, plans to build 5,000 rental homes across the UK over the next five years.

Daniel Cohen, CLI’s land manager, said: “Camborne Land Investments is focusing its investments on regional cities across the UK and the London commuter belt.”
