Royal London and NEAT Developments have submitted a planning application for 414 homes at 1-8 Capitol Way in Brent, NW9.
It is the second scheme from the partnership, following the 460-home TNQ, NW9.
The development will also feature approximately 45,000 sq ft of commercial space.
A spokesperson for NEAT said: “In its current state, the site offers little benefit to the local area, whereas our development will bring well-designed homes and generous amenity spaces in addition to the exciting commercial space for new and growing local companies.”
