The Ardstone Regional Office Fund has signed a third tenant to 90 Victoria Street, Bristol.
IT consultancy firm BJSS is taking 6,500 sq ft on the first floor to facilitate its expansion.
It joins tenants Mazars and White Young Green.
There is 5,000 sq ft of vacant space left in the property.
GVA and JLL represented Ardstone Capital.
