The Co-operative Bank posted its seventh consecutive full-year loss, and warned of further branch closures.
The bank will seek £750m of new capital if it fails to find a buyer after it put itself up for sale last month.
Chief executive Liam Coleman said an additional 10 branches would need to close, reducing the branch network to 95.
