Urban & Civic has received a resolution from the council to grant planning for 351 apartments in Manchester
Manchester New Square, on the corner of Whitworth Street and Princess Street, has been designed by Simpson Haugh and will feature three buildings rising up to 15 storeys.
Philip Leech, property director at Urban & Civic said: “This is good news ‐ the site has been vacant for a number of years and our high quality development will start on site this spring.
