Jaynic Properties is offering a site at Red Lodge in Suffolk where it has secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission for 125 homes.
Savills has been appointed to market the site, with offers invited by 7 April.
The housing-led development on 4 ha (10 acres) comprises 87 private units, 38 affordable units and a children’s play area, linking to adjacent public open space and recreational facilities.
Red Lodge Village has a range of community facilities and services including a church, village hall and sporting facilities. There is also a day nursery, a primary school, post office, convenience store, pharmacy, pub and restaurants, alongside plans for a new 420-entry school to be opened in 2018.
Andrew Anderson, director at Jaynic said: “The site offers an excellent opportunity to develop housing within a sustainable location at the gateway to Red Lodge village. The village is conveniently located with easy access to Cambridge, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds via the A11/A14.”
