Will Andrews, Jonathan Perkins and Mark L Smith have all left the retail team at JLL.
The firm has said that it is adapting to the “changing retail environment”.
Tim Vallance, JLL lead director, retail and leisure, said: “As everyone is aware the retail sector is currently going through structural changes and rationalisation, as it accommodates the impact of online shopping and changing customer behaviour across the world. JLL retail has been actively adapting to this change and re-shaping in the UK.
“While these roles will not be immediately replaced, we will continue to invest in our best in class retail business.
“I wish to thank them for the contributions they have made to JLL and wish them every success for the future.”
