The Avenue unveiled

Exemplar, in conjunction with AshbyCapital and The Bedford Estate, have unveiled images of The Avenue, their Bloomsbury scheme, in line with its completion and launch.

The 85,000 sq ft scheme sits on the corner of Bedford Avenue, WC1, and Tottenham Court Road in London’s West End.

Spread over seven floors, The Avenue provides 71,000 sq ft of office space and 14,000 sq ft of retail space.

The top three floors, 24,000 sq ft, of The Avenue have already been let to global travel technology company Skyscanner.

Following the letting to Skyscanner, 47,000 sq ft remains at the building, set over four floors, which is being marketed by joint agents CBRE and Savills. Agents for the retail are CBRE and Nash Bond.

Peter Ferrari, chief executive of AshbyCapital, said: “The completion of The Avenue marks another step forward in the renaissance of Tottenham Court Road. Tottenham Court Walk, just opposite, has already brought brands such as Leon, Hotel Chocolat, Planet Organic, Waterstones and Odeon Cinema to the area. Combined with the transformation of Centre Point into a new residential, restaurant and retail destination, the arrival of Crossrail next year, and the completion of the West End Project – which will bring widened pavements and new parks – this a highly attractive place to do business.”
