Peel Land and Property and the Regenda Group have submitted plans to develop a £21m residential tower at the £5.5bn Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme.
Plaza 1821 will consist of 105 flats, exclusively for the PRS market.
Neil Baumber, Peel’s development director for residential, said: “Liverpool Waters is an important part of our Strategic Waters strategy and is one of the most dynamic regeneration projects in the city’s history. The proposals for Plaza 1821 will bring us one step closer to achieving our vision to create a world class destination where people can live, work and play.”
