The former head of investment at Workspace, Jonathan Shelton, has left to join Olayan Group, where he will be director of real estate.
At Workspace Shelton worked on key acquisitions including 13-17 Fitzroy Street, W1, and the Blackrock and Workspace joint venture, the BlackRock Workspace Property Trust, which sold an eight-property portfolio to Westbrook Partners for £130m.
A Workspace spokesperson said: “Jonathan Shelton has held senior roles within our development team and since 2013 has been head of investment, and led our joint venture with BlackRock.
Jon leaves a capable team that will take over the day-to-day responsibility for Workspace’s property investment. We wish Jon every success in his new role and thank him for all his hard work.”
