Talk to any previous competitor of the Property Race Day’s charity race and they will tell you about the sweaty palms, uncontrollable palpitations and heavy breaths as they cast their eyes down the straight mile at Ascot Racecourse from the gate.
They will also tell you it was the best experience of their lives.
And this year it could be yours.
The final call is out for property people to apply to take part in this year’s charity race at Property Race Day on 14 July.
The event is an institution on the property calendar, attracting 1,000 industry professionals, who come together to support children’s charities, and will cheer you on to the finish line.
