Canadian fast-food chain Tim Hortons is to open its first outlet in the UK next month, in Glasgow.
The plan is to expand the number of franchised outlets across the UK, with details of locations expected later in the year.
The company wanted to replicate the phenomenal success it has had in Canada in Great Britain, its chief operating officer for the UK and Ireland, Gurprit Dhaliwal, said.
