Kensington and Chelsea lead London house price falls

London house prices edged 0.1% higher on the month in February, while the on-year rise of 1.5% was the lowest since April 2012, figures from Acadata and LSL Property Services show.

That left the average London house price at £606,780.

In the 11 most expensive boroughs, prices fell 0.5%, led by a 2.6% drop in Kensington and Chelsea. Prices rose 0.4% in the 11 cheapest boroughs.
