Colin Aylott of Hindwoods has retired after 52 years’ continuous service. Based in the company’s Dulwich office, Aylott played a key role in its expansion overseeing mergers with south London property advisers Clarke and Esplin, White Dent, Cottrell and Rothon and Hunter Payne.
CBRE’s Brian Rogan, head of rating in Scotland, has relocated to the firm’s Aberdeen office, where he will assist clients in the North East with the business rates revaluation appeal process.
