CBRE has launched an online investment platform across its EMEA market.
Deal Flow, which is already operational in the US, works as a listing platform to give investors visibility of CBRE’s open-market sales across all sectors and regions.
The tool also to aims to boost transactions by reaching more new entrants to the market and identifying investor trends.
The launch follows the introduction of CBRE’s small caps team, focused exclusively on deals valued at £10m or less.
