Tai United has launched its Queenside Apartments at 7-9 Buckingham Gate, SW1, next to Buckingham Palace.
The six flats, sold through Beauchamp Estates, range from 1,718 sq ft to 5,189 sq ft, and are priced between £4.4m and £18m – more than £3,500 per sq ft.
The property was built in 1859-1861 as three mansions. Tai United bought it last year from Brockton Capital, the Rothschild Foundation and Mountgrange.
