Broadgate Estates has been appointed by Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan to manage Angel Court, EC2, the new 300,000 sq ft office tower located near the Bank of England in the City.
Jointly developed by Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope, Angel Court is a 24-storey office building where secured occupiers include Bupa, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Rimes Technologies.

Broadgate Estates will provide a full suite of services, including management of the building operations, rent and service charge collection, service charge forecasts and management, on site team provision, occupier liaison and statutory compliance services.
