A plan to redevelop the Haven Hotel on Sandbanks in Poole, Dorset, has angered local residents.
The owners of the hotel, FJB Hotels, are looking to replace it with four blocks of flats at up to 10-storeys high containing 196 units.
A planning decision is expected in July.
