BMI Healthcare is negotiating a cut in rents, appointing NM Rothschild and Knight Frank to lead the talks, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The company operates 59 hospitals and treatment facilities in the UK.
The talks are expected to be finished by autumn, according to one person.
