First Base and Starwood Capital’s 69-flat project at 151-157 Tower Bridge Road, SE1, has been granted planning consent by Southwark Council.
The £130m project in Bermondsey will be spread across three buildings and include ground-floor retail and flexible workspace for creative businesses.
The scheme has been designed by Arney Fender Katsalidis.
