Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Amy Emery to lead its new serviced office advisory business.
Emery joins from DeVono Cresa, where she managed its serviced office division and set up a platform to access serviced offices throughout the UK.
The new serviced office team will advise both small and large occupiers requiring flexible lease terms and will provide strategic advice to serviced office providers. Clients include WeWork and the Office Group.
Emery said: “The key to providing serviced offices is to fully understand the business you are advising.
“This has never been more relevant than now with the rapid increase in start-ups and tech companies that start operations with just a couple of entrepreneurs but grow to 80-100 employees within their first year.”
