The workspaces will inject supply to meet growing demand for flexible leases.

The announcements come as the company reveals record annual results, with earnings up by 23% and total revenue up by 7% to £21.25m.
Citibase chief executive Steve Jude said: “Our results mean we are in a position to broaden our offering to London businesses, which, after the shock election result and political repercussions, more than ever before don’t want to be shackled to long-term commitments.
“The world of work has changed forever, but the way we view office space is also changing. This has resulted in a huge growth in flexible workspace, which will only be heightened by the political mayhem triggered by the election.”
Citibase’s now has 36 serviced offices in the UK.
