Landsec secures new lettings at Nova Victoria

Landsec has secured new lettings totalling over 74,000 sq ft at Nova Victoria, SW1.

Global supply-chain logistics company Brambles has taken 9,650 sq ft on a 10-year lease on the sixth floor the recently completed Nova South.

Solutions company Reply has agreed to take the entire second floor of the building.

The businesses join mining firm BHP Billiton, private equity investor Advent International, and global executive search and talent advisory firm Egon Zehnder, who have already moved in to Nova South.

London-based solicitors Child & Child become the first business to let space in Nova North, taking the entire 22,222 sq ft second floor on a 15-year lease.

In total, the deals mean the 897,000 sq ft scheme is now 54% let.

The office space continues to appeal to a diversity of great companies and these latest lettings demonstrate real momentum following our launch in April”.
