Bildurn has unveiled plans for a 50,000 sq ft office in central Nottingham.
11 Station Street is the first of two proposed buildings and already has an approved development brief that will be followed by a detailed planning application later this year.
The scheme was designed by Franklin Ellis architects and is in the Broadmarsh regeneration zone.
Bildurn managing director Sean Akins said: “This development will take office space in Nottingham to a new stage.
“Location will be a major pull for businesses, in that these offices are literally on the doorstep of Nottingham train station and just minutes’ walk from the city centre. But the quality of the building itself will also be a significant attraction.”
JLL is advising on the scheme.
