Vincent Tchenguiz’s Consensus Business Group is selling a portfolio of ten UK Hilton hotels for around £600m.
The property tycoon has instructed Savills and JLL to market the portfolio, of which the trophy asset is the 603-bedroom Kensington Hilton. The assets together provide around 2,400 bedrooms.
The other hotels in the portfolio are in Cobham, Croydon, East Midlands, Leeds, Northampton, Nottingham, Tewkesbury, Watford and York.
Tchenguiz acquired the properties in 2002 via a sale-and-leaseback with Hilton for around £335m.
