Viral video provider Jukin Media is relocating its London office from Shoreditch to Legal & General’s 65 Clerkenwell Road, EC1.
The Los Angeles-headquartered company, which identifies viral videos, strikes deals with the people who own them and then licenses clips, will move from its current base in Shoreditch High Street, E1.
It has agreed a deal to rent 2,305 sq ft on the building’s second floor, at a rent of £67 per sq ft, in space occupied formerly by headphones producer Beats by Dr Dre, a subsidiary of Apple.
It is understood the decision to move was based on the Clerkenwell Road office’s proximity to the new Crossrail station at Farringdon, which facilitates access to Heathrow Airport.
