Solihull Council has put a 1.4-acre former care home site in Solihull up for sale through Cushman & Wakefield.
The 1.4-acre site on Warwick Road in Olton was formerly the home of the council-owned Brookvale Care Home, which was demolished in 2016.
Joe Williams, associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Residential team, said: “This is a prime development opportunity; the site is suitable for a variety of uses subject to planning. However, we expect there to be strong interest from the residential sector.”
