Norges Bank Real Estate Management has acquired 6-8 boulevard Haussmann property from subsidiaries of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority for €462.2m (£414m).
Norges has bought a 100% interest in the property, with the deal due to complete before the end of the year. No financing will be used in the acquisition and the asset will be held without debt.
The sellers of the property are Tamweelview European Holdings SA and Tamweelview Listed Securities Holdings, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
The property comprises 263,716 sq ft of office space.
