US retirement home operator One Eighty is joining forces with developer Elysian Residences to gain a foothold in the UK market.
Elysian Residences is targeting a doubling of its development programme to £1bn. It already has two projects aimed at older people underway in Hampstead and Stanmore.
Some of the funding will come from the construction of homes for sale close to the sites.
