Landsec’s head of commercial is departing the company after seven years in the role.
Kaela Fenn-Smith, a member of the London Executive Committee, joined the company in 2009 after spending six years working for JLL as a leasing director.
Landsec said: “Over the past seven years, Kaela has delivered a remarkable 3m sq ft leasing programme across London for Landsec and has been a driving force behind our transformation of Victoria.
“As a member of Landsec’s London executive committee, her knowledge and understanding of customer needs and requirements have transformed the way we market our product to our customers. She leaves a very strong legacy and we wish her all the best for the future.”
