Luxlo sells seven Mayfair flats for £130m

Ultra-prime residential developer Luxlo has handed over the keys for all seven flats at its luxury development at 77 Mayfair, W1, for more than £130m.

Street-level flats sold for £5,500 sq ft, while the highest-priced flats achieved just under £7,000 per sq ft. The apartments average 4,000 sq ft each in size and were designed by Squire & Partners.

Set in South Audley Street and overlooking the Dorchester Hotel, 77 Mayfair is the first new residential apartment to complete in Mayfair for 15 years, Luxlo said.

Luxlo paid a £4.2m affordable housing contribution to Westminster Council.

Knight Frank and Wetherell acted on sales.
