Fresh from acting for Thor Equities and AEW on their purchase of 100 New Oxford Street, WC1, from Tishman Speyer for £180m, just two months after launching, Tydus Real Estate has set its sights on deals across all commercial sectors in London and nationally.
The four-strong firm, with backgrounds at Franc Warwick, DE&J Levy, CBRE, King Sturge and JLL, has carried out £240m of deals since launching in June.
These involve everything from pubs to offices, including a £47m Travelodge on Union Street, SE1.
