Capital & Regional has appointed Joe Swindells as project director in its retail development team.
Swindells joins the company from Neat Developments, where he spent two years leading a planning application for 400 new homes on protected industrial land in Brent, north London.
Before Neat, Swindells was a senior development manager at Ballymore and spent five years as a project director at Hammerson, where he led projects at a number of retail assets, including the development of Victoria Gate in Leeds.
