WeWork has signed a lease to occupy 52,837 sq ft at Aberdeen Standard Investments and U+I’s 12 Hammersmith Grove, W6.
The deal takes the 170,000 sq ft building to 75% let and represents WeWork’s 23rd announced location in the UK.
The building was forward-funded by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
