Lloyds Banking Group could be about to sell its headquarters at 25 Gresham Street in the City of London, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The bank would lease back the space on a long lease as part of any sale. A deal could give it between £140m and £150m.
Prices of office buildings in the capital have been boosted by demand from Asia, and China in particular, following the fall in the pound.
