A former farm property with planning approval to develop five homes is listed at SDL Auctions Graham Penny’s next auction in Derby.
Parsons Brake Farm in Hanbury, Staffordshire, which is close to St George’s Park National Football Centre, is located in nearly three acres of rural land surrounded by woods. It has a guide price of £475,000-plus.
The original detached farmhouse, which needs full renovation, has nearly 2,500 sq ft of living space and is offered for sale along with various barns and outbuildings.
