WEEKEND PAPERS: German property company Real IS has paid €45.6m to acquire Cork’s Capitol building for a German pension fund.
The building, located between two main retail streets in Cork, is one of the city’s largest office and retail developments.
It was acquired from JCD Group, which bought the site in 2015 for €6m and completed the development earlier this year.
